Dora Lee "Garcia" Deltoro

Phoenix - Deltoro, Dora Lee "Garcia", 61, of Phoenix, Arizona, a warm beautiful soul, completed her journey on earth too soon on March, 5, 2021. Dora was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on January 21, 1960 to Maria Rosina "Rose" and Beltran Garcia. Dora was the seventh sibling out of eight. Dora had one son, Arthur Garcia. She is a graduate of Phoenix Union High School and worked in banking most of her life. Dora always welcomed everyone into her home and loved to cook. She was a bright light that loved to sing, dance and laugh. Her most important value was family as it what was most important to her mother. Dora loved the family gatherings which involved food, libations, music, and various other fun events. She was an incredible wife, mom, grandmother, sister, aunt and cousin. Dora is survived by her husband Bernie, son Arthur, and daughter-in-law Rita; brothers Johnny, Isaac, Michael, Donald and Sister Barbara; brothers-in-law Larry and Chuck, and sister in laws Theresa, Valerie, Julia, Lisa, Victoria and Della; 2 grandchildren Raquel and Andrew and many nieces and nephews. Dora was called home and she was preceded in death by her mother Rose and brothers Tony and Leroy. Family and friends are invited to the Elevate Christian Church, 4655 South 16th Street, Phoenix, Arizona, 85040 for a Memorial Service Saturday, March 26 2021 at 10 AM. Visitation from 10AM to 11AM and Memorial from 11 AM to 12 PM. Celebration of Life to immediately follow at the American Legion Post 41, 715 South 2nd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85003.
