Doris LaRue Obituary

Doris Jean LaRue, 82 of Apache Junction, AZ passed away peacefully at
5:30 pm on August 23, 2007. Her husband of 53 years, Herbert M. LaRue held her hand as she slipped away. Doris is survived by her brother Joe Stites of Fairview Heights, Il., three children; Richard (Brenda) LaRue of Mesa, AZ., Beverly (Larry) Carnell of Arlington, Kentucky and Bevo (Carmen) LaRue of Rio Rico, AZ. 2 grandchildren Kim Christner and Pam Gardner, 5 great grandchildren and friends. Being the wife of an Air Force retired husband, Doris was world traveled and they moved to Arizona in 1969. Doris was a devoted wife and mother that loved military life and travel but her family was the center of her world and she will be missed by all. Born in Monmouth, Il. Doris was in awe of the purple mountains majesty of the Superstition Mountains. As Doris requested, no services will be held and interment will be at the Cave Creek National Cemetery.
