Eddy Blanco Obituary
68, of Scottsdale, AZ passed away at home on February 3, 2017 after a long battle with cancer. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran and member of the American Legion until his death. He is survived by his partner of 21 years, Anna Monroy; children Dorena, Michelle, Lydia, Elyse, Eddie, Edward, Michael, Eddy, Jr. and Eduardo; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; sister Irene Sanchez; brothers Ruben, Isaac, Chris, Oscar, Paul; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Christopher and Irene, along with his brothers, Francisco and Joseph. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 9th at 10:30 a.m. at Best Funeral Chapel, 501 E. Dunlap, Phoenix, AZ, with his interment to follow at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix at 12:30 p.m.

To the Blanco Family: My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there's a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.
