Edmund Aranowski Obituary

Edmund A. Aranowski, 89, of Glendale passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2005. Ed was born in Detroit, MI and retired from the Chrysler Corporation in 1975 completing 39 years of service. After retiring, Ed relocated to the Glendale area and actively supported in UAW
retirees, where he held the office of president for 6 consecutive terms. Ed was a member of the Sun City Chapter of the BPOE, where he was on the Board of Trustees for 4 years. Ed was preceded in death by his wife Wanda (deceased in 1988). He is survived by his beloved wife Lucille of 15 years; children Robert of Richland, WA, Marvin of Oxford, MI, Camille of Harrison Twsp, MI and Gregory of Glendale. Together, Ed and Lucille enjoyed a large family of 8 children, 22 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Ed will be greatly missed by all. Family and friends may attend a viewing at Heritage Funeral Chapel 6830 W Thunderbird Rd, Monday October 3 from 4:00-5:00 PM with a rosary at 5:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial, Tuesday October 4 at 10:00 AM at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church 9728 W Palmeras Dr. Entombment will take place at Phoenix Memorial Park 200 W Beardsley Rd following the Mass.
