Elizabeth McNeally Obituary

Elizabeth Astrid McNeally, Elizabeth (Betty), age 84, was gently lifted to Heaven on February 7, 2007. Born on March 17, 1922 in Clarksburg, West Virginia to Peter and Anna Foucault, and raised in Munger, Minnesota. In 1942 Elizabeth married Robert M. Willman in Duluth, Minnesota. He preceded her in death in 1990. In 1958 Robert and Elizabeth and children moved to Phoenix. In 1966 they moved to Pinetop and thereafter to Palm Springs, CA in connection with Robert's work as a golf course superintendent. They returned to Phoenix in 1982. Elizabeth married Thomas J. McNeally, her childhood sweetheart, of Pine Lake, Minnesota, in 1994 and they resided in Phoenix. She is survived by Thomas and her four children; Lynnea Sanders, Terry Willman (Karie), Peter Willman (Karen) and Christopher Willman; 4 granddaughters, Heather Crawford, Jennifer Rico, Kirsten Hund (Matt), and Rachael Ward; 4 grandsons, Clinton Willman (Michelle), Keith Willman (Briana), Seth Willman and Deitz Willman; and 8 great-grandchildren, Donovan and Christian Rico, Tray and Scott Hund; Will Creutz, Savannah and Evelyn Willman and Kaitlyn Willman. Elizabeth managed the cosmetics department of Walker-Scott Department store in Palm Springs and was honored as Mother of the Year by her employer. Her family was her focus throughout her life, a gentle yet strong woman who spread love, caring and smiles to all those whose lives she touched. A memorial service will be held at Hansen Chapel, 8314 N. 7th Street on Saturday, February 17, 2007 at 4:00 pm. Flowers are welcome or memorial contributions to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St. Phoenix, AZ 85014.
