To Shireen and Frank's wonderful kids Greg, Scott, Tom, Ken, Sandy, Stephen, and Julie:
Frank and I were the best of buddies for 35 years or so;
he was one of the most intelligent and thoughtful people I had the pleasure to know. As a forensic expert, he testified both for and against my clients in Courts all over the Western U.S.
I remember one of the kids, when being asked in school what their fathers did, replied "My dad is an eye witness."
Kaye and I send our sincere love and best wishes to all of
you in Frank's extended family. He will be remembered fondly.

How blessed you were to have had such a gifted man to be your husband, father, grandfather and great-grand-father.
