I was in modern dance class with Ida at Camelback for four years. We spoke on the phone often in the 70s while we both taught elementary school. Her mother taught me sewing skills when I'd go over to Ida's house in high school. Bye, Ida, I'll think of you often. Judy Kier

I knew Ida in high school and I was Ida's first date in school. Ida and I talked on the phone a while back and she asked if I would come to the Camelback breakfast, that is held each month, so we visit once again. I never made it to the breakfast and now I am sorry I didn't go. I regret not going and renewing an old friendship.
I understand Ida suffered many hardships over the years with MS.
Now she is free of pain and misery.
God bless you Ida and may God be with your family at this time of sorrow.

I will miss Ida's beautiful smile and friendly personality. I will remember our fun times in high school together. I was glad to see her at our class reunions every 5 years, and I thank her husband for being so diligent and loving about making sure she attended. Ida is in a happier place now, and I pray that God will bless her beautiful soul. Beverly (Orr) Brown, class of 1958
