Jack Chambers Obituary

Chambers, Jack Key
66, passed away December 12, 2010 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was born October 21, 1944 in Highland Park Michigan to Jack and Dorothy, served 2 years in the military and was a Vietnam War Veteran. In 2003 Jack retired after 36 years from Discount Tire Company serving as a Senior VP in charge of advertising. He was an avid golfer and spent his retirement years splitting his time between Arizona and his native Michigan. He is survived by his loving wife Claudia, his dear children Shannon and Jason and his faithful canine companion Mandy. Jack will be remembered by his legions of friends for his kind and generous spirit, his contagious laugh and his spontaneous sense of humor. He is now with our Lord and Savior. Service will be held on Saturday, December 18th, at 10:00 a.m. at Desert Mission United Methodist Church, 7373 E. Dixileta Drive, Scottsdale, AZ. A private interment will be held at The Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Cave Creek, AZ. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to The Jack Chambers Memorial Fund at any Wells Fargo bank branch. All monies raised will be allocated to Prostate Cancer research and awareness.
