Markowitz, Jacqueline
82 of Glendale, AZ, passed away on August 14, 2009. Jacqueline was on the board of directors of the Glendale Public Library and volunteered there for 20+ years. She was the past Arts Chairperson for the CIty of Glendale and she was elected to Phi Alpha Theta Tau Chapter of the National Honor Society. Survivors include her husband of 58 years Martin Markowitz, son Arthur (Bonnie), daughter Grace (Ed) Filipak, grandchildren Sam & David Markowitz and Suzanne Filipak. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, August 16th, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. at Sinai Mortuary - 4538 N. 16th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85016. Interment will be held at Beth Moses Cemetery in Pinelawn, New York on Wednesday, August 19th.
