Jackie Flowers is one of the most amazing people that it has been my good fortune to know. Her tireless efforts as a champion for children and her passion for her family were inspirations to all of us that knew and loved her. The world is truly a better place for her caring committment. Jackie will be remembered fondly, her legacy will live on and we will miss her deeply. Jackie, thank you for the gift of all your hard work. Heaven just received another angel, amen. When I think of Jackie, I remember a woman who had a passion for the most innocent, children. I remember always feeling welcome in her home, swimming in her pool on Montecito, and playing with her many cats. I remember her being an amazing and loyal friend to my mom. I remember her diagnosing and mending the entire neighborhoods children with her excellent nursing skills. I remember how her face lit up when she shared recent photos of her grandchildren. She set the bar high in every area of life and was a wonderful example for all of us. I am so blessed to have known such a great lady.
