My dear sister my best friend. So glad we got to spend some time together before you went to your true home.
You definitely made a great Elvis at Jo'S 60th Birthday party. You are such a young soul just like our Mother. i loved that I could be with you and feel like I was also with Mummy. I admired your zest for life and your never ending energy. I will miss you always. All my love,

Jamie was always the life of the party. Her joy was infectious and she was able to get even the most stubborn and shy of us kids to put ourselves out there. Jamie gave me my first ever job (babysitting), and although we didn't see each other a lot during the Indiana years, she still gifted me with so many great memories. My favorite is probably when she dressed up as Elvis for Jo's party, followed by our big Lavelle women Motown trip. Thank you for setting a great example for all of us my dear aunt. I hope we can all manage to live life to the fullest right up until the end. Love you and miss you. I hope you're up there smoking a Virginia Slim, watching the sun come up with your adopted guard dog Hana.

Our dear sister Jamie, gone too soon. Some of my recent treasured memories of you, were usually accompanied with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. We celebrated with family and friends at all the important milestones, watched in awe at the parade of wild animals that passed through our yard, shoveled snow from the driveway at 4am in our bathrobes, and yelled at the TV during football season. My love and kisses go with you to heaven.

Jamie, we met at West High our Freshman year, so many adventures. Our latest Adventure was in December when we went to the Leanne Rimes concert in Laughlin.
We had so much fun and at age 64 we climbed that fence to go find your phone like we did in our teens.as you would say "Ex actly"
Thank you for your friendship .You lived your life well.
Until we meet again my precious friend,Rest in peace .

Darlin, you have shaken us to the core...how has this happened and how are you gone? Without a doubt, your infectious laugh and constant chatter will be missed when the high school group gathers again. Thank you for bringing perspective when we would gather and helping us realize we would get thru whatever life had thrown at us. I wish you well friend and know that our lives are better for having had you in them. You will be missed more than you could ever imagine!

What I will miss the most. Her love for life and people. Her smile and sense of humor. Her willingness to try new things. Her sense of family and generosity. Her ability to get everyone dancing.
