Jane Jacobs Obituary

Jacobs, Jane
83 years old, died peacefully at home 9/19/10. Born in Chicago, she was a teacher in Rockford, IL for many years before retiring to Scottsdale. Her passion in retirement was playing bridge and traveling on cruises with family and friends. She is survived by her daughter Marla and grandson Mikel of AZ; her son, daughter in law, and granddaughter, Geoff, Cindy & Gwyn of IL and granddaughter Rebecca and great granddaughter Rhe'Anna of WI. Memorial services will be held 10/17/10 at 11 a.m. at Messinger Mortuary, 7601 E. Indian School Rd. in Scottsdale. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower Street, Phoenix, AZ 85014.
