Jeremy Johnson Obituary
36, of Phoenix, passed away on August 25, 2014. Jeremy is survived by his son Cody, daughter Amberly, grandson Cayden, mother Mary, brother Joshua, sisters Mickaela and Danielle, grandparents Karl and Ann Baker and many more friends and relatives. He just recently became a grandfather and he was going to be called "Paps." Jeremy was a very loving person who had a heart of gold. Jeremy enjoyed football, baseball and was also on the swim team. He enjoyed being with his family and being the life of the party. His smile always radiated the room. Jeremy was a very dedicated, hardworking man who will be deeply missed by all of us. A joint Memorial Service will be held for Jeremy and Jarrod on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at 11:00am at Christ Church of the Ascension, 4015 E. Lincoln Drive, Paradise Valley, AZ.

Jeremy was a true hero in even sense of the word.I loved him like my own brother & am missing him terribly. He was one of the most genuine, sincere, kindest, and hardest working men I have ever been blessed to have known. We love you and miss you Jeremy!

i have only know Jeremy and CODY a short time there are great guys that you would ever meet both were hard working always got the job done no matter how big it was I am going to miss them very munch
