Jimmy Tang Obituary
born on September 13, 1927 in Phoenix. He served in the U.S. Army in WWII and was the owner of Sunbrite Variety and Hardware. He had a unique sense of humor and was a lifelong
animal lover. Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents Koai S. and Chan Shee Tang and brother Gene Tang. He is survived by his wife Eva Song Tang, daughters Diane Tang Mills and Elaine Tang, son David Tang, sister Sue May Chin, brothers George and Dan Tang, and 6 grandchildren: James, Alex, Alicia, Emily, Miles, and Abby. A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, June 1 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Messinger Mortuary, 7601 E. Indian School Rd. in Scottsdale. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.

Dear Mrs. Tang, Diane, Elaine, David and families,
My most sincere condolences over the loss of your husband, father and grandfather, who was the inimitable "Mr. Tang" to me. I have such fond memories of dinner gatherings at the Tang household full of good laughs and wonderful food. Mr. Tang was always welcoming, gracious and kind. His pride in his family and love of his animals so evident and inspiring. May you all find peace and strength in the days ahead as you treasure your memories while mourning your loss. Jimmy was always pleasant in our company and seemed very proud of his family. He was uniquely himself - we will miss him. Warm wishes to Eva, Diane, Elaine, and David & families.
