John E. "Jack" Davies

John (Jack) E. Davies, 92, passed away on Friday, December 30th. John was born January 31, 1913 in Sioux City, Iowa. He served in the Navy in California from 1935-1939. In the mid 1940s he married Lois White and spent his life with her until her passing in 1993. John was a brick mason by trade and had his own masonry contracting business. He was a kind and gentle man who was never critical or demanding. John has no surviving relatives but he was loved by all who knew him and will be missed dearly by lifelong friends Blaine Learn, his daughter Sandra Fadeley and her son Dean Fadeley, Paul and Betecia Ciucci, Leona Korttila, Edna Mae Dean, and The Huhmans. Memorial service will be on Monday January 9th at 4:00 p.m. at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, 719 North 27th Avenue.
