John Windsor Obituary

Windsor, John F.
On September 29th, 2017 John F. Windsor Jr., of Kingman Arizona passed away peacefully at home. Cancer took him from us far too early. He was born in Abilene, Kansas September 10, 1942 and was the son of John. Windsor Sr. (Fred) and Mary E. Windsor. He grew up in Wichita, Kansas with his younger sister Kathy Windsor Pate. His daughters Lori A. Windsor-Yakuchev, Mara Windsor Reithinger and Melissa Raudry along with his sister, Kathy Windsor Pate, survived him. He is survived by two ex wives, Sara P. McCurdy, and Vicki A. Lutz Davis. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Shannon Rose McGinley and Matthew Ryan McGinley (Lori's children); Ella Reithinger, Sawyer Reithinger and Drake Reithinger (Mara's children). Great-grandchildren; Reece Ryan McGinley and Cameron Alexis McGinley (Matthew R. McGinley's children) In 1970 he moved to Phoenix, Arizona with his family to be near his parents. He had a love of the Southwest climate , food and the many pleasures it had to offer. John had a natural gift of connecting with people. This led him into a successful career in sales of Automotive, Insurance, and Real Estate. His true passion was the connection with people itself while enjoying his grilling recipes, fishing, hunting and watching sports. He valued time with his family and friends sharing stories and jokes. John will be greatly missed and thought of often by his family and friends. He left us with many fond memories. Dad... It's been a long day without you my friend. And we'll tell you all about it when we see you again. You will be in our hearts and we will love you for a thousand years. Love, Lori, Mara, and Melissa
