John Yurchak Obituary

John "Jack" Yurchak, 75 a long time resident of Phoenix, formerly of Indiana, passed away October 23, 2005. John worked as a technician for Heating Ventilation and Air conditioning from which he retired 10 years ago. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Mary Ann, daughters, Laurie (Tim) Finnerty and Sandy (Mike) Sheehan, son, Denny Kuss, mother, Myrtle Pence, sister, Patricia (Darryl) Capps, brothers, Jerry (Betty) Yurchak and Tom (Patty) Ballock, grandchildren Jennifer (Derick) Mildon and Aaron Kuss, great grandchildren, Logan and Tyler, lots of nieces and nephews, along with many other loving family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held October 29, 2005 at Chapel of the Chimes, 7924 N. 59th Ave. in Glendale at 11:00 AM. Family requests in lieu of flowers contributions be made in John's name to a foundation of choice.
