You are still thought of daily. Your son, my cousin, Ryan turned 50 and he looks just like you, heavier set than you were, and taller but he definately looks like you. I think of you everyday, I pray for your soul everyday and your picture hangs on the living room wall with all the family pictures. I still miss you uncle Larry.

Fifteen years have past since your passing. It doesn't seem that long. I think about you everyday, you're in my prayers everyday. You are not forgotten but still loved by me. Family holds together even after our passing. You were a wonderful big brother to me even though you were my uncle. When we were growing up I felt like you were my big brother but I knew you were my uncle. I still remember the box house we used to make in grandma's back yard. Taking your clarinet apart and hoping you wouldn't get mad at me and David. I'm glad I grew up with you, those were happy times. I miss you.

So many things have happened since you left us. I think of you everyday and you are missed everyday. Your son Ryan looks so much like you, when I see his pictures, you come to mind immediately. You are loved and missed. You were my uncle but more like an older brother. I still miss you.

Uncle Larry, you are still remembered, every day, but especially on this day. I still think of you and all the funny things we did when we were growing up. You were like a big brother to me instead of my uncle, we were only 6 years in age difference. I love you, still pray for your soul and will always remember you along with uncle Harry, uncle Billy, uncle Franklin and grandma and grandpa Dean. I miss all of you so much.

It's been 12 years since your passing and I think of you daily. Thank you for being my uncle and I'm privileged to be your niece. I remember how I followed you around when I was 5 years old and you were like a brother even though you were my uncle. I was your first niece in the family, you were my mother's little brother and you are never forgotten. I love you.

My great uncle Larry was fun to be around. I didn't know him for very long, but in the time we got to know each other it was a wonderful time in my life. I remember the first night I met him. My mom had called and was so excited about seeing him in McDonald's that afternoon and he came out to her house for the week. I remember setting a driving record that night to go meet him. I knew his twin Harry when I was little and am proud to say that I got to know a little part of him before he was taken home. I will miss your jokes and your teasing, Uncle Larry. I love you. Your great niece, Elizabeth

I have not seen Larry for a good many years. He was married to my sister Maria and together they had a beautiful son Ryan. I remember taking a vacation with the family to Brianhead Utah when our children were 6 and 8 yrs old. We spend a week enjoying the outdoors and fishing. Larry and Ryan were quite the fisherman. My heart goes out to Ryan and Larry's family. I am sure if there is an afterlife, Larry is kicking back fishing.

To Ryan, Maria and Larry's Family,
Our deepest and heart felt sympathy's go to you all.
Focus on the wonderful things Larry did in his life.
He fought his challenges and won the battles. He became a man to be proud of as he gained pride in himself. He did as God ask's of all of us. Do the best you can, be the best you can in the face of adversity. He is home again, filled with the spirit of love.
Ryan, listen for the soft whisper's of your father as he tries to guide and protect you in your life.
Love to you all,
Gail and Phil Koenen

I've only known Larry for a short time through his nephew (David) and niece (Diana) but the times we all got together have been memorable and fun; that's what I'm going to miss! It was always a pleasure to be in his company. Larry- you're in such a grand place now...enjoy! To his family and friends - May God heal your broken hearts and may He Bless you and keep you in His tender care in everything you do, now and forever...

Dad,
I will never forget the good times we had fishing and camping when I was a kid. You led an interesting life with lots of ups and downs. I am so proud of what you accomplished these past few years. I only wish I would have been able to celebrate them with you more.
I will never forget you Dad and I love you.

Larry was a lot of fun when we were younger growing up. We had a lot of fun in high school with Larry and his twin brother Harry playing in the band. It was fun when we went camping and fishing with our parents as well as other family members. We had a lot of enjoyment whenever we had family gatherings at Betty/Ralph's, Billy/Barbara's and Franklin/Claudette's homes.
We lost touch for a few years. I was glad to see him again last year at Diana's home. It is hard to keep in touch when you are far away. Everyone is as busy with their own families as the years go by.
I was pleased I had another chance to talk with Larry. He was a lot of fun to talk to. I will miss Larry and love him. He is in a better place now.
He can talk with Mom, Dad, Billy, Franklin and Harry about camping and fishing. It is sad that times like this bring us together but when we do we have good memories to talk about when we get together.

Getting to know my great uncle Larry over the past several years was great. It is not often families have a second chance to get in touch and catch up on the parts of each others lives that were missed. It never seems like enough time is available but when the death of a family member comes about it makes you appreciate those still around and help motivate you to spend as much time as you can before it is to late.

Larry was alot of fun. I would come to town twice a month to do errands when Jim and I lived in Bagdad, and I would call him and we would meet for breakfast or lunch, each of us taking turns buying and we would spend the whole day together. He was the best uncle and I am glad I had those moments and I cherish them. Having him come to our new house was special for him as was the family get togethers on the holidays. He was glad that I moved closer. I just wish he could have come to see my new job and the store. I will miss you Larry! Your niece Diana
