I worked for Leo, first as a secretary, then property manager back in the late 80's/early 90's. Not only was he a GREAT boss who taught me so much, he was also much like a second father to me. I was young and making some bad choices - but he literally saved me from myself, and I would not be here today without his help!

A fine man whom it was my privilege to call a friend . We met firstly in Saudi Arabia where we both worked for Lockheed and were neighbours . We spent many a happy hour together . Rest in peace Leo .
In times of greatest sorrow
When tears may cloud our eyes
It seems our grief is endless
But then we realise
That sorrow is the memory
Of a happy yesterday
And memories live on and on
Whikle sorrows fade away

I met Leo in Laos in 1971. A good guy, a friend, full of energy and gusto. We met again in Thailand in 1974 where we trained Khmer pilots. Those were amazing days and great times shared. We'll miss you, Leo.

High Flight
Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of earth
And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings;
Sunward I've climbed, and joined the tumbling mirth
Of sun-split clouds - and done a hundred things
You have not dreamed of - wheeled and soared and swung
High in the sunlit silence. Hov'ring there
I've chased the shouting wind along, and flung
My eager craft through footless halls of air.
Up, up the long delirious, burning blue,
I've topped the windswept heights with easy grace
Where never lark, or even eagle flew -
And, while with silent lifting mind I've trod
The high untresspassed sanctity of space,
Put out my hand and touched the face of God. Love, Robby & Bambi

I shared many good times with Leo through USAF pre-cadets and cadets. We met up again after retirement here in Arizona and shared many breakfasts and lunches together solving the worlds problems. I'll miss my old buddy and my wife and I send our condolences to his family.
