Linda Lewandowski Obituary
Toledo, OH - Linda M Lewandowski (Sobczak) age 74. Daughter of Klemenc and Zofia Sobczak of Toledo, Ohio. Sister to Carolyn Shelley. Passed away peacefully at Boswell Hospital in Peoria Arizona on Friday April 9th 2021.
Surviving Linda are her children. Jason Ellis, Kristie (Orrin) Baysinger, Tari (Aaron) Rodgers, and Julianne (Jonathan) Alloggio. Her grandchildren Mariah, Wyatt, and Lucy Baysinger. Collin, Bailey, and Landon Rodgers. Kaycee, Jessa, and Emilee Alloggio.
Linda was a member of the very first graduating class of Nursing School at Riverside Hospital in Toledo Ohio, 1967. She loved her work as a nurse and made a lifelong career in this field. Moving to Arizona in 1991, she worked as a Registered Nurse. She later worked for The Orthopedic Clinic Association (TOCA) as a Triage Nurse. She retired in 2011.
She loved her friends, family and co-workers. Linda was and will always be an amazing mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She will be deeply missed. Her family has chosen to have a private ceremony to honor their mothers wishes.

My mother was an amazing, honorable woman. She was also a wonderful aunt to Steve, Jim and Monica Shelley. (Carolyn’s children) She loved watching her great nieces and nephews grow up too. They weren’t mentioned, but she loved them as well. I’m thankful I got to spend 10 days with her in the hospital and that she fought so very hard. She told me she was proud of me, of my children and thankful that I held her hand everyday, even up to the very end. I’ll never forget those special moments between each of my children and my mom in the hospital. I love you, Mom.

Linda and I were classmates at St. Hyacinth School and friends through grade school and high school. Lovely person. Please accept my sympathy at the loss of your mother.
