Rich and Family, I just returned from being out of the country for a month to hear that Lisa had lost her battle with cancer. All of us that knew her will miss her so much and I will remember the years we worked together at Monte Vista fondly.

I worked with Lisa at Loma Linda School years ago. She was also my daughters teacher. She was a dear, sweet soul who touched the lives of countless children. She will be forever missed and forever in our hearts.

Dear Rich, Jeff and Danielle, Ernie and I were so sad when Linda phoned and told us about Lisa. Each of you wrung our hearts with your memories. I thought I was cried out during the service, but then cried all over again while looking at your Memory photos, Rich. So many many friends came, plus many others whose lives are touched forever because of Lisa. Arms around, Diana

Lisa was a great inspiration to those who knew her through The Wellness Community. I am grateful that she came to TWC. She shared with me her diagnosis, possible resources for treatment, as well as stories that only she and I could really relate to (in regards to losing an eye).
Thank you for sharing your mother and wife with us for the past year. She has made a difference in my life.

I loved the way Lisa lit up when she talked about her family. We laughed a lot together about the parenting adventures of having two teenagers. I can hear her voice and laugh so cleary. She had an incredible strength and presence and I have no doubt that her loving presence will be carried in the hearts of many. My thoughts and prayers continue to be with each of you - she loved you each so much.

We all are losers when someone with so much grace and love leaves the planet. Lisa carried herself with serene dignity through the most difficult times. She touched people in very special ways. We are are better for her having been in our lives.

Lisa was the most amazing woman and mother! Every time we spoke she smiled when talking about Jeff or Danielle's accomplishments. I have respected Lisa from a distance but genuinely enjoyed each encounter. She was the bravest person I have had the honor to know and I can't imagine how much you will all miss her. She impacted my life and I know she touched many more
