My daughter Aerial and I were deeply saddened to hear of Mr. Cusenbary's passing. We both think the world of him. Many days after school I would be waiting for Aerial to come out to the car so we could go home. After a good 15 min or so I would unload the car of all my daycare children only to find Aerial and Mr. Cusenbary chatting away in his class room. That is one of the many good memories we have of Mr. Cusenbary.

A blessing and a treasure; Mark you truly knew the meaning of "the joy of the Lord is my strength." Thank you for sharing that joy and that strength so freely with so many. What a difference you have made and what an honorable legacy you have left for the rest of us.

Mr Cusenbary was my daughters 4th grade teacher and also was in the adjoining room to her 6th grade class(this year). He was the first teacher and only 1 of 2 that has had a profound effect on her outlook of school, education and her life(so far)she says he is part of her family. She is at an age where everything makes an impression and we hope as parents that they experience more positive experiences, Mr. Cusenbary was most definitely a positive influence on her life and I thank him and those who shared his life. You all are part of the reason he is who he is in the memory and hearts of all who had the pleasure to have known and met him. Thank You for what you gave my daughter and I am sure so many others.
