Michael Whitehead Obituary
Our beloved Michael went to the lord on October 19, 2012. Michael was born on July 27, 1983, in Chula Vista, CA. He is survived by his mother Catherine Whitehead, TN and father Mike Whitehead, MI twin brother Brandon, AZ sister Tiffany Ergish, AZ and sister Shannon Whitehead AZ, grandparents J.D. and Lorraine Chidester AR, 4 nephews, 3 nieces, aunts uncles and cousins. Michael had such a big heart and will always be loved. Visitation will be held from 5-8 PM, on Wednesday, October 24 at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Ave., Glendale. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, on Thursday, October 25 at West Resthaven Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery, Glendale. Condolences may be offered at www.westresthavenfuneralhome.com
