Kane, Nancy Taylor
a native of Richmond,Virginia died peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on January 24, 2017 in Gilbert, Arizona. Preceded in death by her parents, Willard and Doris Taylor, Nancy is fondly remembered for her career in property management that led to her being elected the first woman president of IREM. Nancy is survived by her sister Marian Dipboye (Sherry and Holly), her children, John Taylor Kane, Cathleen Kane (Deirdre and Conor), Sharon and Mark Monroe (Coleen, Russell, Delaney, Emerson, Jake and Courtney), Trish and Larry Ross (Christian and Scott.) Two nieces, Carol Hanson and Susan Ashworth. Nancy always loved being a southern lady and never lost her accent. Nancy retired to Arizona and enjoyed a full life of friends, family and watercolor painting. Services were held January 27, 2017.

I worked with Nancy at Elam and Funsten in Richmond, VA during the late 1970's. We were both property managers at the time. She was a trail blazer in the real estate industry and she was a great friend. I'm so sorry to hear of her passing.
