Eddie,
I was so sorry to hear of the sudden passing of your son. My heart goes out to you and your family. I regret that our adult lives have taken such different avenues that I never had the opportunity to meet your wonderful family, and that you and I have not had a chance to stay in touch. Both my husband (Vern) and mom (Hazel) send their deepest sympathies also.

I just came from the service which I attended with my daughter Christina who has known Nick for over a year when they met in a class at PVCC. It's obvious that Nick was loved and was an angel here on earth who touched so many lives. I did get the pleasure of meeting him one time, and I could tell he was a fine man. Tonight just confirmed that for me even more so, and I am proud that he was in my daughter's life if only for a short time. Your family will continue to be in my prayers. God Bless you.

To Nick's family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Although my words cannot ease your pain, know that I will uphold all of you in my prayers. I worked with Nick and always enjoyed my nights when we worked together. He was so fun to be with and his caring demeanor touched many lives. I remember telling him that someday he would make such a fine husband. He jokingly told me if I ever get a divorce to let him know!! Nick was one of a kind and will be missed.
