39, of Cypress, TX passed away on August 26, 2010. Paul L. Shelly died suddenly on August 26, 2010, at the age of 39. He was born April 15, 1971 in Chandler, AZ. Paul grew up in Chandler, attended Chandler schools, and graduated from Corona Del Sol High School. He attended Commercial Diving School in Houston, TX. Paul operated a Remote Operated Vehicle in the Gulf of Mexico and around the world for many years, but at the time of his death he was a Vessel Superintendent at Oceaneering, Inc. Paul enjoyed the outdoors, sky diving, water and snow skiing, scuba diving, and hunting. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife Tina, son Connor, and daughter Lola of Houston; parents Dr. James and Carolyn Shelly of Chandler; brother Pat Shelly (Allison), sister Shawnalea Shelly, nephew Tate Shelly of Chandler; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Paul, you left us way too early; we will miss you and cherish the wonderful memories we all have of you. Services were held in Cypress, TX on August 30, 2010.
