Ricardo Cobos Obituary

Ricardo Palacios Cobos, 79, of Peoria, Arizona passed away on August 2, 2008. Ricardo Cobos was born on August 13th, 1928, in San Bernardino, California, to Alfredo and Amalia Cobos. A resident of Arizona since 1964, Ricardo worked for the Dysart and Peoria School Districts for over 40 years as a custodial worker. Ricardo enjoyed working on his yard, feeding and nurturing his birds, playing with his grandchildren, and attending Peoria High School sports activities. He is survived by his wife Beatriz, daughter Cindy Cobos, son Marvin Cobos, son Marlo Cobos (daughter-in-law Tracie and grandson Josh), son Mark Cobos, son Elmar Cobos (grandson Tony), son Rico Cobos (daughter-in-law Mary and grandson Michael), son Omar Cobos (granddaughter Marisol), and son Valdemar Cobos (granddaughter Alejandra). A celebration of his life will be held at Saint Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 8615 West Peoria Avenue., Peoria, Arizona, Monday, August 18, 2008 at 9:00-a.m. Que en paz descanse. After the memorial mass, a small gathering will be held at the Reid Center adjacent to Saint Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Funeral arrangements were provided by Best Funeral Services, West Valley Chapel, Peoria, Arizona.
