Rick was a man I looked up to during my 34 years at APS. He was very fair with the way he treated his crew members and had one heck of a strong handshake. After reading his obituary I learned even more amazing things about Rick. I am glad I had the opportunity to work under Rick and gleen how a real leader operates. My sincere condolences to Rick's family.
