Bob truly lived by one of my favorite sayings. "You can give without loving but you can not love without giving" and Bob proved that many times, especially to you, my sister. Thank you for bringing him into our lives. I love you.

Uncle Bob, We sure miss you. Your laughter, jokes...especially those you sent by email, your willingness to always help with whatever needed fixing. I owe all my knowledge of cars to you, as well as moving.

Nita, I think you and Bob helped me move to every place I've ever lived. We think of Bob all the time...especially when we hear Frank sing "I Did It My Way"
Love you Nita, please know you and Bob are always in our hearts and thoughts.

There are MANY memories about "Farmer,'Forever more' Roberto(as I called him)". Roberto's up-bring on the farm, prepared him well for our families. He was a very warm and caring man, who is very much missed.

Irene and I, remember a trip coming over the Continental Divide, outside of Albuquerque(New Mexico), in a BLINDING snow storm that literally blanketed the lonely stretch of highway, not to mention our windshield. It was Bob's experience, from his truck driving days, that got us through this. Otherwise, we would of had to spend a freezing night in the truck.

Bob was our "go to" guy, who is truly missed.

Uncle Bob...I can't believe it's been 2 years since you've been gone. Every time we have a family gathering, I can still hear your laugh and "Forever More" comment and see you sitting by the door waiting for Aunt Nita to say her goodbyes. We can all certainly say that the world was a better place with you in it and I can only hope that your kindness and unconditional willingness to help others carries on in everyone that knew you. I know that you're still looking out for all of us and you'll be happy to know that both Gunnar and Payton do already know "righty-tighty lefty-loosy" ;-) We all miss and love you more than words can say...may God continue to Bless You! When I was reminded by an e-mail that it was 2 years ago the our dear friend met the Lord, I was dumbfounded that he has been gone that long already. I can still hear his voice and see his smile. Sleep well with the Lord, dear friend. We think of you often, Nita.

I always thought of Bob as the man who could do anything. He really had a knack for doing things the right way. He was always displaying love to those around him. But, I was always impressed with his love for Nita. I don't use this word often, but I believe he charished her. He made all of us feel that he was lucky to have her. I know that she felt the same way about him.

For all the years I knew Bob growing up & as an adult, I never heard him say an unkind word about anyone. I know he loved *all* his children & am glad I got to kind of feel like one of his kids, too. Thanks, Bob, for your service to your Country, and for the love you showed family & friends.

Bob was a truly good man. He was always ready and willing to help if someone asked and he was always so cheerful too. I counted him among my friends and I was so fortunate to have known both him and his sweet wife, Nita. My thoughts and prayers go out to Nita and the rest of Bob's family because I know how much they must miss him and how much they loved this man. I was employed at the GM Desert Proving Grounds when I first met Bob and when GM announced the closing of the proving grounds and consequently laid off the contract workers I was one who was laid off but Bob and I and Nita continued our friendship. I am saddened to learn that we have lost such a good man and good friend.

Bob when you reach the pearly gates be sure to look for my brother and your friend Sammy. He'll be waiting to show you around I'm sure and it'll be just like old times at the DPG.

I can hear his laughter and see his smile in my head. He was a great man! Always helpful and caring. He will be sorely missed. I worked with Bob at the Mesa DPG for many years and we kept in touch after he retired. He was a smart man who never said no to helping someone out and would never take anything for it. He had integrity, honesty, dependability and it sadens me I did not see him this year. Thank you for posting a picture. Thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.
