Robert Myers Obituary
94, went to be with his Savior on April 2, 2013, in Peoria, AZ. He was born to Willard and Loura Myers on April 9, 1918 in his parents' home in Pittsburg, KS. He married Vivian La Von Ferguson in 1942, and they moved to Phoenix in 1954. Robert retired from Salt River Project in 1980 and they moved to Prescott to enjoy their retirement years. He is preceded by his wife Vivian, his parents, sister, two brothers, and great grandson. He is survived by daughter Joyce (Dan) Archer of Laveen; son James Myers of Prescott, grandchildren David (Dee) Barber, Kathi Barber, Steve (Jennifer) Myers, Russell (Amy) Myers and 8 great grandchildren. Visitation is scheduled for 8:30 AM, Saturday, April 6, 2013, at Green Acres Chapel of Light, 401 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ, 85257. Celebration of his life will be at 9:30AM Saturday, April 6, 2013, at Green Acres Chapel of Light. There will also be a Memorial Service 4:00PM, Sunday, April 7, 2013, at Willow Hills Baptist Church, 1071 Mogollon Rd, Prescott, AZ 86301. www.greenacresmortuary.net

I miss you Dad and love you very much. Now you and Mother are together again in Heaven. You are also with Grandma and Grandpa Myers and your brothers and sister. A family again. You almost made it to 95, just 7 days short of it. I am so happy that you and Mom got to celebrate your 70th wedding anniversary together last May. What a legacy you have left all of your family, You were loved by all. I will miss my three kisses on my cheek that you gave me everytime I saw you and when I left you,then after Mother died, I started getting 5-6 kisses so I know those extra ones were for Mom. Love you Dad.
