I was saddened by the news of Ron Harbour’s passing. Ron hired me late in 1986 and once I thought he would fire me in early 1987. With that beginning, he became one of the most significant persons I have ever had the pleasure of working for or with. Ron was innovative, creative, and visionary. He supported both those he worked for and those who worked for him. He allowed people to take responsibility and encouraged them to grow and always gave credit to others for their successes. He believed a team was working best when their work went almost unnoticed because it went so smoothly. He was a man of many interests and talents and will be missed greatly by those who knew him. Thanks, Ron, and good journey

David, Ron was a great guy and I will miss him dearly. I still can't believe he is gone. I was looking forward to another round of golf and admiring Ron's unique golf swing. He's probably teeing it up right now and having the best game of his life.

Kathy and family,
No doubt you've heard the stories of the many small businesses that Ron helped over the years. At the Arizona Small Business Association, we were looking forward to having Ron around every Wednesday to share his passion with those wanting to grow their businesses. While he had only been counseling with us for a few weeks, we are ever so grateful for the wisdom he shared. He will be greatly missed amongst our "community" of business folks. I enjoyed Ron and stories of his travels very much - thank you for sharing him with us.

Trisha and family,
I am so surprised and saddened by the loss of your father. I live in Olathe and the Browns used to be our neighbors. I did not know Ron very well but what I could tell you is that he loved his grandsons very much and loved playing outside with them. And he has a wonderful daughter, who was a good friend of mine and a wonderful mother. I am very sorrow for your loss and pray you find God's peace and comfort in this difficult time.
