Stephanie was truly a great friend. I cherish the years we spent together teaching at Ironwood School. I only regret we had so little contact in the last few years. But I will continue to think of her often with great fondness.

Although we were separated by age and distance, I remember that Stephanie, my cousin, was my "pen pal" when I was in elementary school. She must have just become a teacher at the time. It's a testament to her loving ways that she took the time to write many letters to her "little" cousin, while getting her teaching career off the ground. This was well before email, so it took some effort on her part to find the time to write. She had beautiful handwriting--just like you would expect a teacher to have. Thank you for all your gifts to this world Stephanie. We miss you.

There are times in ones life when you meet someone and you just know from that first moment that you have just met someone special. Steph was that special someone. She always saw the good in others, was the first to lend a hand when help was needed and could bring out the best in those around her. It has been an honor and privledge to have known and worked with her here at Ironwood for many, many years. I miss her smiling face, our matching Christmas Vests, and our cooking talks. I bet she is cooking up a storm right now and has all the best ingredients for her wonderful dishes. She was a true example of God's love and how we should strive to be. Love you Steph, rest in peace.

I've always felt blessed to have "Aunt Steph" in our (Denise's) family. She's been part of our family literally for as long as I can remember - rarely without a smile, a laugh and some good eats. She'd often send something along if she couldn't make a family gathering. We're so grateful for the tremendous difference she made in Denise's life. She will truly be missed.

Stephanie, honorary Aunt to Denise's nieces, was always thoughtful to us and to our children. Her welcoming smile always greeted us. I'll never forget when my handsome husband (a police officer) jokingly pulled them over on the way to a Christmas party. After being very relieved it was just him. She wittingly responded with, "I know my rights, I want to be frisked"!

There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful a person Stephanie was. I am fortunate to work at Ironwood but even more fortunate to have worked there with Stephanie. She's the kindest and most caring person I known. I will miss her more than words can say!

We remember Stephanie for her gentle and quiet spirit. She always kept her word and was diligent in all she commited to do. She was a loyal friend. She is greatly missed. We met her at The Church At Arrowhead many years ago and she was a member of our Bible Study Class through the years. Steph made this world a better place to be - through her love, faith, and her joy. May God's peace and comfort be with her dear family and friends now and in the future.

Stephanie always welcomed us (Denise's nieces) as her own family. I remember as a kid, she always had something thoughtful wrapped up for us under the Christmas tree. As we grew older, we came to count on her having something yummy to eat and her easy going, welcoming ways. We will miss her.

We mourn for Stephanie because of our own loss here on earth-her ever-smiling face and loving attitude towards everyone she came in touch with--at the same time we know she is basking in the loving arms of our Lord Jesus with no more pain and no more tears--nothing is more precious than that image of Stephanie. Keep smiling Stephanie, we will see you soon!

It was such a pleasure working with Stephanie at Ironwood. Stephanie's caring, kindness, and thoughtfulness enriched the lives of all of us at Ironwood. Stephanie and I loved to spend time chatting after school when we were both here working late. We often liked to share "diabetic friendly" treats with each other. I have missed her terribly and will continue to do so. She was a very special person.

My husband and I did not know Stephanie for very long, however the time that we spent with her was very memerable. We shared the same bible study and became very good friends. Stephanie was the type of person that you would do anythig for as she was the type of person that would do anything for you. We loved her very much and we are praising the Lord that she is now at home with Jesus. We will miss her great smile and her wonderful gift of Love for her fellow christians, famile, and friends. We are praying for those she has left behind.

Stephanie's love and generosity are missed greatly. Her sense of humor put many at ease, and she made her friends each feel like we were the most important person to her.
