Steve was a HUGE part of my life for many years. He always had the brightest smile and the best laugh. I am so sad that he is not on this earth any longer.

Our hearts and prayers are with your family in this sad time. We will always remember Steven as a doting and loving father to Alicia, he is one of the reasons she has grown to be such a wonderful young lady. He was always there to make sure she got to and from school safely, and they always smiled and had fun when they were together. He was a shining example of what a dad should be! GOD bless him and may he be at peace in heaven.

With deep sympathy, we offer our most sincere condolences to Steve's immediate and extended family. I learned of his passing this evening after speaking on the phone with my father. I have great memories of growing up in the same neighborhood with Steve and his siblings. I hope there is solace in the knowledge that he will one day be reunited with his loved ones. Thank you, Tober Family, for the great examples you've been during my growing up years. Steve will long be remembered.
