A sister, wife, mother, grandmother, world-traveler, master kitchen organizer, and owner of Eddie's Fruit Basket, where she was an employer to hundreds in Uniontown, PA she spent the past ten years enjoying the grand life living in Arizona. Theresa was one of five children born to Luis and Susan Lazaran Congelio. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Eddie; and brothers Frank and Louie. She is survived by sisters: Millie Shipley and Madeline Allman; children: Sue Ann Olsavicky and husband Robert Hicks (Goodyear, AZ), Virginia and husband Michael Moszkowicz (Mendon, NY), John and wife Camille DeCarlo (Uniontown, PA), Edward, Jr. and wife Carol, and granddaughters, Laura and Rachel, (West Chester, PA). She will be remembered as a loving mother, baking bunny rabbit birthday cakes, late night sleep-overs with her granddaughters, and a whirlwind of energy keeping everyone at Eddie's on their toes. From Madeline Allman to Theresa:

"Memories will keep us close. There is a place beyond good bye where memories shine.

You've been such a special part of my life, and it will feel strange to be without you.

Yet even tho we won't see each other, you will be with me wherever I go. In my heart I'll always keep you close"
