Thomas Mahoney Obituary
82 years of Phoenix, went to be with The Lord on July 5, 2014. Tom is survived by his five children, Dana, Michael, Kathy, Karla, and Kari; three grandchildren, Shaye, Brynn, and Nick. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2014, 6:00 PM at Calvary Community Church, located at 12612 N. Black Canyon HWY (I-17) Phoenix, AZ 85029. The family requests that in lieu of flowers contributions be sent to Calvary Community Church at calvaryphx.com in honor of Tom Mahoney. Condolences may be sent to www.chapelofthechimesmortuary.com .
