Great men are not born of the earth but are merely on loan from God. Most people don’t get the chance to meet a person that significantly influences their life in a positive manner. I feel extremely lucky in that I knew, and was called a friend by such a person. The Tom Michaels I knew did not have the ability to look down on a person no matter what status in society you happened to carry. His heart was big and his smile was even bigger. On April 14th, Heavens gates opened and Tom Micheals followed, this time a part of all of us went with him.

I am Seth and Laurie and Ellie's aunt and want Laurie's family to know what a delight she is to us and what a beautiful addition to our family. This is a reflection on her family and we can all take comfort in knowing that there are families who still live by values, ethics, kindness and goodness. I love you Laurie.

Charlie, the Kids, and I would like to express our deepest sympathy to you and your family. I'm so glad that Beth, Brenda, and Grandma Alice could be there. Joann, we have never met, but you are in our thoughts and prayers in this tough time. Beth has told me how you have cared for her Dad and for that I appreciate you. Beth, Brenda, and Alice: Be strong and know that you are in our thoughts and prayers, as is the rest of the family. Wishing you ALL the PEACE that Tom would hope for all of you.
Many Blessings,
Kim, Charlie, Christian, Daniel, Melanie, Mark, and Shane

Girls, I wish I could be there with you to celebrate your Dad's life. Truly enjoy these few days you have together in Arizona. Laugh and Love and cry a little too. I know your Dad's already in heaven sharing stories with Grandpa Joe. Take care. I love you all. Kellie

Tom made everyone he was around feel welcome. He was kind and generous, and we only wish we had more opportunities to visit with him during his life. We mourn his passing and pray for his wife, daughters, mother, and brother.

Joann and family,
You are all in our thoughts and our
prayers. Tom fought a courageous
battle with his family by his side.
We will miss Tom so much, his
genuine kindness, caring and his "healing" spirit that touched
the lives of many patients, family and friends. Most of all we will
miss Tom, his laugh and his smile.
We love you all very much and wish
we could be there with you.

To My Grandpa Tom,
I am sad that you are no longer here where I can see you, but I know that you're in Heaven now with Jesus. And I know that you don't hurt anymore. I know that you are watching over us all and I know that someday I will see you again in heaven!
I love and miss you Grandpa!

The Scheid family, Bill, Jean, Rachel, Alan, Julie & Shaun will deeply and fondly remember Tom! Our lives each day were touched by his knowledge of pharmacy and keeping us safe. Tom did put himself above and beyond so many. We all love you and will all miss you! And Tom-- Andy is waiting to have a beer with you! And we will take care of your Joanne!
