I had the honor of knowing Patterson for the past twenty years. I was taken back upon hearing about his passing. The world will be a little smaller and in need of laughter and a smile. Thank you, Patterson for the memories and the education about computing and life.

I've worked with Tom for many years and found him to be quite an interesting person. He shared his love for 4-wheeling with my husband and I so we had the opportunity to go with him on several trips. Sometimes I found the climbs a bit frightening, but not Tom. He seemed to take everything with a calm attitude. It was only after the trip that he would voice some 'concern'. He talked about his son quite a bit and you could tell how proud he was. Tom and I shared the same 'choice of snacks', Cheez-Its! He always had a box at his desk. Tom was a very nice person with a good sense of humor. He'll be missed.
