On Saturday, August 25, 2018, Barbara Baker, loving wife and mother of two, passed away at the age of 70.
Barbara was born on September 14, 1947 in Morgantown, WV to Ralph and Luella Hoffman. Barbara moved to AZ in 1960 where she finished school at Tempe High. On April 16, 1966, she married John Baker. They raised two sons, Dale and Randy Baker.
Barbara had a passion for gardening and spent many hours in her yard working. Her yard was admired not only by family and friends but by anyone that passed by. She also loved playing softball and played for many years in the adult league out of Flagstaff. She was known for her quick wit, her infectious smile, and her kind and compassionate spirit.
Barbara is survived by her husband John of 52 years, her two children Dale and Randy, daughter in-law Michele, grandson Garrett, Sisters Sue and Vicki, and brother Alex.
