C. Davis Obituary

Dr. C. Sid Davis, 39, of Flagstaff passed away June 21, 2012.  He was born December 27, 1972 in Huntington, West Virginia to Norman E. Davis and Carol Lycan Davis.  He was raised in Ft. Gay, West Virginia and graduated from Guilford College in 1995.  He then attended West Virginia Dental School graduating in 1999 at which time he came to Arizona and worked as a dentist on the Hopi Reservation in Polacca then moved to Flagstaff in 2002 working with Dr. Gregory Kleiner until purchasing the practice in 2005. 

 

Dr. Davis enjoyed snowboarding, motorcycles, disc golf, rock climbing, sky diving, kayaking, river rafting and any new adventure that came his way.

 

He is survived by his parents Norman and Carol Davis, sister Amy (Kyle) Bellomy, nieces Shelby Bellomy and Lindsey Grace Bellomy and his grandmother Mildred Davis.

 

A celebration of his life will be Sunday, 3pm at the Snowbowl Agassiz Lodge.  Final service will be in Ft. Gay West Virginia next week.

 

Memorial donations may be made to a dental scholarship in his name which the family will set up at a later date.
