Sitting in one of his waiting rooms on my first visit I was suffering from back pain. Here walks in this just a little bit older gentleman than myself.. With a smile that made me feel relaxed... As we talked over the next few months.. I truly enjoyed and looked forward to seeing him... His way of thinking and the way he talked reminded me of my drill instructor in boot camp .. Had a great sense of humor with a healthy laugh.. the same demeanor but his character was so much more colorful...We bonded over many conversations...He loved talking about the memories from his military days .. Some really great stories... He loved a good joke.... I think the story that hit home for me was .. After his military stent. He stayed and visited his brother. while his brother was studying to become a chiropractic. He said . I sat in on some of those classes.. And. It was clear what I was going to do for the rest of my life .... He loved life .. and testing over the road drivers .... My wife and I came down with Covid on June 1st.... I had an appointment with Dr. Dahl on June 15th... I had to cancel that appointment.. I sat one up for August 4th.... Arrived at my appointment... Today ... Finding out he beat me to heaven first..

I went to Dr. Dahl's office yesterday, June 21st, and learned of his passing. I almost lost power to stand with the shock of this incredible invincible doctor's passing. Dr. Dahl was an incredible healer and optimist while having the courage to honestly share helpful preventive measures to maintain health. He was so conscientious and concerned for my health and happiness while being so funny while being a bit feisty. Perhaps his patients should be notified. My wife broke down sobbing when I shared the news. He has been part of our family for over 20 years. RIP dear Dr. Dahl.

Please accept my deepest sympathies for the loss of Dr. Dahl. I am a former patient who found my way to his office at the suggestion of a local surgeon whom I consulted for severe back pain. Dr. Dahl literally changed and gave me back my life. The education, expertise and encouragement he provided was unparalleled, and I will forever be grateful for his kind, knowledgeable and intuitive intervention.
Flagstaff and the greater medical community has lost a true Healer, in the broadest sense of the word. I will treasure his memory and forever be grateful that our paths crossed.
