Cynthia Freeman Obituary

CYNTHIA FREEMAN

April 27, 1954 January 4, 2022

Cynthia Freeman passed away on January 4th, 2022. Cindy was born on April 27, 1954 in New Iberia, Louisiana to Havert and Evelyn. Cindy later moved to Bakersfield, CA where she met her husband, David Freeman. Together, they had two wonderful daughters, Katie and Sara. Cindy worked for the Bakersfield City School District as a teacher's aide until her retirement.

She enjoyed reading, traveling, and had a great sense of humor. She loved to cook and share her culinary creations with others. But most of all, Cindy loved her daughters Katie and Sara, who love her dearly and miss her very much.

Cindy is survived by her daughters, Katie; Sara and her husband Izam; brother Havert and his wife Kathleen; nieces and nephews Lauren, Nick, and Chris; and several friends and family members in California and Louisiana.

She was preceded in death by her husband David, father Havert, and mother Evelyn.

Per Cindy's wishes, there will be no public service held. A private celebration of life will be scheduled.
