Visitation for Inez Thelma Goodman will be held at Basham Funeral Care (3312 Niles St.) on Sunday, June 29, 2003 from 5-8 p.m. and a graveside funeral service will be held at Union Cemetery on Monday, June 30, 2003, at 10:00 a.m.
Inez Thelma Goodman was born on April 17, 1920, in Rattan, Oklahoma, and she passed away on June 25, 2003, in Bakersfield, CA. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, James and Lois Ann Goodwin; 5 grandchildren, Gwyn Alison Marquez, Skott Cameron Goodwin, Erik James Goodwin, Heather Ann Greene and Trenton William Goodwin; 10 great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives.
Inez Thelma Goodman was a caring and loving woman. For many years, she took care of her mother, an uncle and two friends until they met with the Lord. Her devotion and love of her family will long be remembered. Now her trials, tribulations, sorrows and sufferings are over and she will rest and be held in the gentle loving arms of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Our love for her will carry us all through this moment of grief, and our memory of this wonderful woman will continue on.
