JOHNSON, SR.
January 2, 1960 – May 20, 2024
Epiphany Ministries Church Circuit and the City of Bakersfield at large truly mourns our beloved and devoted leader and friend, Pastor James W. Johnson, Sr. We were favored with a leader who nurtured us with the life-long dedication revelation of God's Word. Through in-depth study, he systematically taught us the Word of God. We are forever grateful for the time that we were graced with his extraordinary leadership. His spiritual legacy will forever live on through each of us. We thank God for his example of righteous living and faithfulness!

Jimmy Johnson was a real nice guy back in the school days. Always seemed happy and up beat. Very sorry to hear of his passing. Deepest condolences to his family and life long friends.

I grow up with Jimmy James we met in kindergarten and we were in the same classroom together through 6th grade then on through junior high and high school, what a soul he had! I always knew he was a born leader and now he´s with the greatest leader.
