JESS HALE
October 25, 1997 – July 6, 2025
It is with deep sorrow that we share the passing of Jess Hale, who left us far too soon at the age of 27 on July 6, 2025.
Jess was preceded in death by his mother, Tammy Hale in July 2021 and is survived by his father Jerry Hale, his cousin Ryan Conner, his aunt and uncle, Theresa and Marc Cumberland, his uncle Clint, and cousins Heather Hoge, Evan Wise and Dalton Rolow. He is also survived by his second cousins, Hobin Hoge, Sabrina Wise, Cole Wise and best friends Elijah O'Neal and Cory Hanna, who were like brothers to Jess.
Jess was more than a friend to many, he was a brother to all that knew him well, and constant presence and light in the lives of those fortunate enough to truly know him.
Loyal, kind and always ready to help and listen, Jess lived his life with a rare sense of authenticity and warmth that made others feel seen, heard and valued.
He found joy in the simple, yet meaningful things; spending time with family and friends, barbeque's and friendly conversations. His favorite pastimes included watching UFC matches, and skateboarding with his closest friends. Always the quiet one in the room, he'd listen intently and join in with thoughtful words, as he had many good things to say.
Intelligent, and kind, he was a blessing to all who knew him. Humble and with zero ego, he always put his loved ones before himself. He was the kind of person who made every gathering feel like home.
Though Jess's time with us was tragically short, the impact he made was lasting. He will be remembered for his generous heart and his boundless curiosity.
Jess left this world far too soon, but we find comfort in know he is now in the loving arms of Jesus and his mother Tammy.
In a quick but beautiful tribute from his closest friends, Elijah O'Neal and Cory Hanna:
Jess wasn't just a friend, but like a brother to us. We grew up as great friends, always side-by-side. He would always be there for us, no matter what the circumstances. He went above and beyond to help in anyway he could. A friendship like Jess's only comes once in a lifetime. We will always cherish our memories, and his loyalty for the rest of our lives.
You are deeply missed, forever loved and never forgotten!
