Joseph Alvary Obituary

On October 24th Joseph's life ended too soon, he has left us to be with God. Joseph was born and raised in Bakersfield, California. He attended Ridgeview High School, and graduated from the
Kern high School
District in 2014.
Joseph lived his life as
if there were no
tomorrow, he was
always into
something. He
excelled at everything
he did. Which included, racing BMX bikes at the local and national level. His true love in life was music, he played drums in a local band and he also produced his own music.
Joseph was a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and good friend to many. He is survived by his mother Melinda Gonzales, Stepfather Ignacio Reyes, brother Joaquin Reyes, grandmother Mary Terrazas, Godparents Ernie and Diane Ramirez, Uncle Enrique Gonzales, Aunt Angelica Ramirez, and cousins: Manuel Terrazas, Christopher Ramirez, Mark Gonzales, Crystal Gonzales, Erica and Julian Gonzales, and by many more cousins and extended family members, too many to mention all by name.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 5th, 4:00 to 8:00pm, at Hillcrest Memorial Park & Mortuary, 9101 Kern Canyon Rd, Bakersfield, CA 93306. Mass will be held Thursday, November 6th, 9:00am at Sacred Heart Church, 9915 Ramos St., Bakersfield, CA 93307 with burial to follow. Father Dan will officiate.
