Steven Brentham Obituary

Steven Carl Brentham 1952 - 2009 Steve was born August 30, 1952 in San Bernardino, CA to Carl and Shirley Brentham, he was the oldest of 2 children. Steve grew up in Bakersfield and in 1983 was called into the ministry where he was the senior pastor of four different churches in the Bakersfield area for over 10 years. Steve was a talker and was ready and willing to share his love for the Lord to anyone who would listen. Preceded in death by father, Carl Brentham. Steve is survived by mother, Shirley Henning and sister, Tammi Mrowicki of Texas. Oldest son, Theron and his wife, Jessica and youngest son, Adam and his girlfriend, Branna Skaggs; four grandson who were the light of his life, Andrew, Zackary, Lyrik and Adam Jr, all of Bakersfield. Steve will be missed by family and many, many friends, but anyone who knew him knows that he is in heaven with Jesus. Memorial service will be held at Cross Roads Christian Fellowship, 2500 Fairfax Rd., Bakersfield, CA on January 15, 2009. at 2:00 p.m. His final resting place will be in Texas with his father.

Our family wishes you condolences during this time.
Pastor Steve Worked along side my father Pastor George Ryan. Although recently, George also went home to be with the Lord. I know He would have wanted to wish them himself.

Me and my family have Known Steve for many many years. He baptized my 2 Children. His son Adam and my son Kevin were best of friends growing up together. We have many fond memories of him and his family. May God Be with the family at this time. We love you.
