Walter Berry Obituary

Walter passed away on April 18, 2008, as a result of declining health. Walter was 90 years old, having been born in Coalinga, CA, on January 14, 1918. Walter was a Veteran, having faithfully served his country during World War II in the United States Navy. Walter started working for Northrup Grumman when he was 18 years old and returned to Northrup after leaving the Navy, for a total of 33 years. He was a Flight Test Engineer. He loved to go hunting and his hobbies included collecting cameras and garage saling. Walter is survived by his wife, Jeri; stepchildren, Cathy Ann Banducci, Leah M. Hansen, and John Crabtree; 14 stepgrandchildren, and 11 great- grandchildren; brother, Field and wife, Eileen; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Kenneth, Arthur; sister, Ann Callaway; and stepdaughter, Candace Alvarez.
