Alan Melvin Obituary

MELVIN , Alan W. Sadly, ALAN W. MELVIN, age 69, of Glen Burnie passed away after a battle with cancer in Baltimore Washington Medical Center on January 28, 2009. Mr. Melvin is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years Carole A. Melvin (nee Kuchera); his devoted son Michael Melvin and his wife Barbara; his devoted daughter Renee Aquino and her fiance Charlie Walpole; four cherished grandchildren Samantha and Katie Aquino, Alyssa and Austin Melvin. Mr. Melvin is also survived by his loving sister Joy Albright. Al will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the family-owned and operated MC CULLY -POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME P.A., 3204 Mountain Road (Pasadena) on Monday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM, where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 AM. Our deepest sympathies go out to you and your family. Alan fought a good fight but God must have thought, "enough is enough" and took him into his care. He was, and you were too, amazingly strong to have gone through so much. It was a privilege to have met you and Alan. Please know that we hope you will continue to stay in touch. With love . . .
