ALEXIS Schwartz Obituary
Lex was predeceased by his loving wife L. Joy Schwartz (nee Thomas), his son Alexis N. Schwartz III, and son-in-law Charles Moyer. He leaves behind his loving daughters; Darlene (Robb) McCormick of Eldersburg, Cheryl Moyer of Maine, and cherished sister Elaine Dawson of Sykesville. In addition, he is survived by his five grandchildren: Jessica McCormick, Robyn (Josh) Hughes, Amy McCormick, Michael (Jane) Moyer, and Casey Moyer, 10 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Funeral services will be at Haight Funeral Home and Chapel P.A., 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville, MD. A visitation will be held on Tuesday October 14, 2025, from 4-8 P.M, and Wednesday October15, 2025 from 10-11 A.M. with a funeral service following at 11:00. Entombment will follow at Loudon Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the American Cancer Society Pancreatic Cancer Research
