Alice Foltyn Obituary
Relatives and friends are invited to visit the Schimunke Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair Road (Forge Road), on Thursday 3 -5 and 7-9 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Church of the Annunciation, on Friday at 10 AM. Interment Parkwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to either the American Cancer Society, 8219 Town Center Drive, Baltimore, MD 21236 or to the Gilchrist Hospice Center, P.O. Box 630367, Baltimore, MD 21298.

Walt & I are so sorry we missed visiting Ms. Alice and attending the funeral service. Coleen told us Tuesday but we didn't find the obit till today at 10:30am. If we left right now we wouldn't be able to be there in time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all and for your loss of your mom. Ms. Alice was so sweet and kind to everyone she met and very patient with Walt, Charles and Teddy.

I am lighting this candle in honor and memory of a wonderful lady. Even though I did not know her personally, she was a precious child of God and we will see her again one day. My sincerest condolences to you Robin, and to all the family.

I knew Alice only as a parishioner at the Church of the Annunciation. When my daughter-in-law was pregnant with my granddaughter, Alice bought a beautiful white dress for the baby. Anastasia was baptized in that dress. Whenever I look at pictures taken on Anastasia's Baptism day I think of Alice.
